I understand that taking this step can feel big, and the last thing you need is complicated pricing or pressure to commit before you’re ready.
Some therapists offer scaled fees or session bundles, but in my experience these can feel sales-focused or ask too much of clients upfront. That’s not how I choose to work. I want things to feel simple, transparent and respectful of both your time and your resources.
