
I offer in-person sessions in a private, calm therapy space in Hazlemere (HP15).
The room is accessed through a quiet garden, creating a sense of separation from the outside world and allowing you to arrive and settle at your own pace. It’s a safe, comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease. There is a toilet available.
Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to attend sessions from your own space.
Many clients find online counselling just as effective as in-person therapy, especially when balancing work, parenting, health needs or busy schedules.
Sessions take place securely via video call.

Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Regular weekly sessions are recommended where possible, though this can be discussed based on your individual needs.

Some people feel more comfortable meeting face-to-face, while others prefer the familiarity and convenience of online sessions.
